The Belt Oil Skimmer is designed to efficiently remove oil from the surface of oily effluent. It is a highly effective separation unit that works on the scientific principle of the difference in surface tension between oil and water.

Operating Mechanism:

A rotating endless oleophilic belt continuously passes through the oily effluent.
The belt breaks the surface tension of the water to actively attract and collect the floating oil.
The belt is then passed through a set of wiper blades where the oil is efficiently wiped off from both sides.
